Have dinner with your family
I am spending most of the time at school, speaking English and surrounded by americans. There are days I forget that I live in Italy, because I do not get to interact to any Italians.
I'd love to become familiar with an Italian family in a home environment, and have an opportunity to practice and better my Italian, or help others with their English if they should so desire.
I would recommend it for making connections with local families in Italy.
I participate in order to improve the language and get to know new cultures, but mainly as an incentive for my children to travel and undertake such experiences.
